It all start with watching my Grandfather Fran photographing every moment on his Pentax K1000. Especially planes while attending the air show every year. Constantly flashing through photo books living in those memories as if I experienced them. Understood, and felt those memories as my own. I’d say that’s when curiosity turned to love. July 14, 2018, we lost my Grandfather. That day I lost him, what I failed to acknowledge was I had a million pieces of him right in those photo books I use to dream through. The raw appreciation of these moments. Memories you can hold forever. My goal was to do more than help myself document my life. To show people the importance in these small moments, and how significant they can be. Some of my fondest memories are watching how A single photo could mean. A second it could simply be a photo of two humans, the next it’s the most important soul memory to someone. Truthfully could be The only thing one could have to hold onto of a person, memory, or event. My greatest gift given was a box of photos my Grandfather captured of himself and I over all the years we had together. I never imagined how incredibly helpful/important that box would be to me. Constantly grabbing for the stack looking for inspiration, comfort, happiness, to feel those core memories. The happiness it gave him. Photos can truly capture the memory of a moment of time forever. As I grow and grow getting to use my Grandfathers old film camera for my business today. Means the world. Looking through lenses seeing incredible souls appreciating art as a whole, also the importance of soul connections.
